Gary Dinges was my salesman. My brother had bought from him and had nothing but great things to say about Gary and Vaessen Bros. Gary was not available immediately, so I sat with Mr. Vaessen until Gary was available. He asked what I was looking for (which nobody in 5 states had available) searched for it to no avail. Chatted more about my driving needs and style and suggested a Silverado custom. No hard sell, not pushy, and we hopped in the pretty blue one and took a drive. Again, no hard sell, not pushy, just a couple of truck guys having a nice drive and chat. As soon as Gary was available, he handed me off to him. Again, Gary took the time to talk with me and made me feel as though I'd known him for years. We talked at length about the 2.7 turbo max and how I was a bit leery of it. But with my driving style and needs, we agreed it would fit the bill. He wrote up an estimate making sure to cover all the rebates and available incentives, to come up with what I thought was a great deal. Then for the surprise --- no hard sell!! If you like what you see, think about it and let me know if you would like to purchase. Wow, that was refreshing. Not even a hint of hard sell or pressure. Called him the next day with a few questions, which were answered right away, and let him know I would be bringing the wife for one last look 2 days later. We bought the truck at a great price, and was treated like I was part of the family. Just a great experience all around. Can I get repairs done at other service centers?

Yes, repairs covered under the plan can be completed at any Certified Service center.

What is the difference between the Protection Plan and GM Certified Pre-Owned coverage?

GM Certified Pre-Owned vehicles come with a 12-month/12,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty and a 5-year/100,000-mile powertrain warranty from the original in-service date.

Can I trade in my current vehicle?

Definitely. We offer fair market value for trade-ins and make the process simple and transparent.
